A Surprisingly simple way to relax and reconnect with your Creator

This is my new book, to be published very soon. It will be short and sweet, just like me! All kidding aside, I have been a dedicated meditator every since I was 13. I tried all kinds of meditation practices and many were very beautiful and beneficial. Then about ten years ago I was given a technique that was both simple and easy. It has changed my life. I think it will benefit many people, so I wanted to share it with the world.

Everyone has heard that meditation can help reduce stress. It has countless spiritual benefits, too. I propose a very simple and easy to follow method for meditation. If you can give just five minutes of truly dedicated time, I believe you will be richly rewarded. You will find a greater sense of focus, rest and rejuvenation. Give me just five minutes. No, give GOD just five minutes. And, please don’t get hung up on the word “God.” I was raised using that term, and male pronouns. As an Interfaith Minister, I believe all faiths, spiritual practices and beliefs are valid and beautiful. So, instead of “God” please substitute any term that works for you. For example, if you prefer Goddess or Higher Power, that is great. Use the words and terms that work for you. No matter what, meditation will work for you.

But I am sure that if you can dedicate five minutes a day, for at least a month or two, your life will change for the better. In one way or another, you will have a positive change. Give it a try. Thank you!
