The Toughest Year of My Life

This is my family. In May of 2023 my little brother died suddenly, as well as a good friend on the same day. Then a beloved client committed suicide. Then my dad, who was my world, passed in Sept. A few weeks later, another close friend died. I have been forever changed. Humbled, but honored to have known them. It is Sept of 2024 now. I am still working through my grief, mainly by writing, painting, meditating and supporting those I love. I will write more about this journey in the coming weeks, but that’s good for now. If you have gone through great loss, just know that I understand. It goes beyond words. In some spiritual way, we are all interconnected. In that place, I love and support you on your healing journey.
